How AeroTools handles professional contact, RFQ, seller and documentation data submitted through the marketplace.
Depending on the workflow, AeroTools may collect professional email address, company, message content, P/N and RFQ information, seller listing data, location, pricing supplied privately, photographs, invoices, certificates, calibration or inspection records and uploaded inventory files.
The data is used to operate the marketplace, record and route RFQs, review seller submissions, prepare or publish approved listings, perform requested documentary reviews, answer enquiries and maintain an operational history of marketplace activity.
Information is not intended for public disclosure unless it forms part of an approved public listing. Relevant information may be shared with professional counterparties or selected service providers when necessary to handle a request, subject to the marketplace process and applicable rules.
Submitted operational records and uploads are stored in private server storage used by AeroTools administration. Public listing images are served only after publication. Access controls, backup procedures and retention periods must be validated and documented before commercial launch.
Requests concerning personal data can be sent to contact@aerotools.eu. The final notice will specify the legal basis, retention periods, controller identity and all rights required by applicable data-protection law before launch.
