AeroTools operates as an intermediary marketplace for professional aviation tooling. Unless expressly agreed otherwise for a specific service, the seller remains the owner and seller of the tooling and the buyer remains responsible for its purchasing and technical acceptance decisions.
Listings are subject to review before publication. Public prices are not required; commercial terms are exchanged privately through RFQ. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of P/N, condition, ownership, availability, photos and documentation they provide.
AeroTools Verified is a documentary review for consistency and traceability. It is not an OEM approval, calibration approval, airworthiness certification, release to service or guarantee of fitness for a maintenance task.
Professional buyers and sellers conclude their commercial agreement directly unless a separate written arrangement states otherwise. AeroTools may support introductions, documentation review, packing, logistics or export coordination through selected partners.
The final version must include the operating entity, applicable law and jurisdiction, effective fee terms, liability allocation, complaint process and any sector-specific contractual provisions adopted for launch.
